The final three contestants, David Archuleta, David Cook and Syesha Mercado, perform three songs each. They sing a judges' choice, a producers' choice and a song of their own choice.

First up was David Archuleta. He sang Billy Joel's "And So It Goes" as picked by Paula Abdul. Next was Chris Brown's "With You", his own choice. Last, was producer choice "Longer," by Dan Fogelberg. Watch his video as he performed his own choice.



Next was Syesha Mercado. Her opener song that she sang was "If I Ain't Got You," by Alicia Keys, Randy Jackson choice. Peggy Lee's "Fever" was her own choice. And the producer choice was "Hit Me Up," by Gina Farrell. Watch Syesha as she performed Hit Me Up.



And the last performer of the night was David Cook. His first song was Cowell's choice of Roberta Flack's "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face". The song he choice was "Dare You to Move," by Switchfoot. And producer choice was "Don't Want to Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith.
