Jacob Batalon, an actor of Filipino descent, grew up in Hawaii. He’s a graduate from Damien Memorial School, a private Roman Catholic preparatory school in Honolulu.

Before being casted as Ned in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Batalon made his film debut in 2016’s North Woods.

In 2014 after he graduated from high school, Batalon travelled to the mainland and took a two-year program at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts.
