Agency awaits complaint over Chris Brown no-show
The agency responsible for bringing Chris Brown to the Philippines said it has yet to receive a notice of complaint over the singer’s no-show at a New Year’s Eve concert at the Philippine Arena, contrary to what was reported by other publications.
