Stepdad Pangilinan supports KC's photo exhibit
KC Concepcion thanked her stepfather, Presidential Assistant for Food Security Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, for supporting the photo exhibit which she spearheaded with fashion photographer Mark Nicdao for the benefit of earthquake victims in Nepal.
